SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any purchase that is over $200 CAD, the shipping cost is included in the price of the items.
Otherwise, the standard shipping rate is $12 CAD per purchase. We will provide a tracking number and the expected delivery date once the product is shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you request a refund or exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your account.
Customer Service (Return & Exchange)
Thank you for choosing Silk King (Canada) Inc. It is our first priority to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
You will have 15 calendar days to return the item of purchase from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To start the process, email us at email@example.com with the word RETURN in the subject line. In the content of your email, briefly describe the reason for the return. Please also indicate whether you would like to have it exchanged or returned due to damage during delivery. Please also send us the proof of purchase via email.
Once the email request is received, a case number will be generated and we will be in touch with you within 5 business days. Detailed instructions will then be provided regarding how to ship the product back to us.
Exchange & Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and update you on the status of your exchange/refund. If your request is approved, we will initiate the exchange by shipping a replacement or refund. In the event of a refund, we will apply the refund to your credit card or to the original method of payment.
